 Statement regarding share price movement

The directors of the Company (“Directors”) note the recent movement in the Company’s share price.

The Directors are not aware of any reason behind the share price movement and confirm that there is no material information relating to the Company or the development of its compounds which was not previously announced on 23 February 2009 with the Company’s interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2008.
